I think that I am in a peer group that is made up of alot younger people. I don/t think they can relate to me or visa versa. I am in my 60s. Does anyone in my age group have a new starting category in Session 2. Don't get me wrong, they are great people. I just don't fit. Can you help me?

Hi Marilyn,

I'm a whippersnapper here (40's) but we do have some 60 year olds and even one in her 80's (Cornflower) who are going through or recently went through the program.

So a lot of wise folk in good company.

There are a lot of younger ones here, although they seem to come and go very quickly.

Hi Marilyn:
There are those participating on this forum that are your age.
I am older than you. Being 80 years.

But I have found that there are many of the younger folk that have wisdom and empathy and can relate to most any age.

I think you will find much support on here.
I have . Sometimes I feel rather ancient.
The program works for any age. If you really work it.

And you'll find plenty who will understand your circumstance.

Seems that anxiety and depression are no respectors of persons or of age either.

Nearly all of us have done our suffering.
All have struggled just like you have.

Well, gee! Let me welcome you!
I just jumped right in. You are very welcome and I'm glad to see you here.
Do keep posting!

There are quite a few of us here but I don't think we post as much as we used to. I finished the program over a year ago and visit now and then. It helped me a great deal when I first started, and still does now and then. I made such a positive improvement in my life from this program- Good luck and wishes for you to have the same great progress I had.
