I have run a couple of discussion forums, and from looking at how people use this site, I suggest that the sequence of the monthly forums are reversed, so the newest one is on top instead of bottom. Once we find out where we belong, it's easy to stay in the designated forum for that month, but for new users, it may be a little harder to figure out where to post.
