Help please.

Carolyn Dickman stated on the forum that a Less Stress Press had been sent to all registered e-mail users in March. I never received mine and checked my junk mial--not there either. Also, My Lucinda "Chin Ups stopped coming after number 8. I wrote you twice about this and got no reply.

Is my e-mail, which is rowan901@comcast.net, registered with you? I began the program in January 2009.

Would really appreciate a reply and some help with this.
