I have no clue why my chat, and when I try to respond to a post ..basically anytime I need an pop up window to open, it works at work but not at home. It just hangs forever. I tried installing JAVASCRIPT thinking mabye it was that but, it didn't help.

Any ideas?

Serenity, check your browser's settings. If you are on Internet Explorer go to:

Tools --> Pop-up Blocker

and make sure it's turned ON.

You can also check the settings for the popup blocker and if you want add this line to it:

bbs.stresscenter.com

with a filter level of Medium.
