Hello!

How do you get into old posts? I can see the newest topics in the top left corner of the page and I see the ones that are current enough as I scroll down under the different topics but what about ones that were written a while back that are no longer the "current" topic. And if the answer is go to find ...what if I can't remember the title?? or the person I was talking to??

Hi Diane, go to Community (in the navigation bar at the top of any page), click it and a drop down menu will appear. Select Online Forums and click. From there you'll see all the various sections contained on the website. Find a section you are interested in and open it up. All relevant threads are located in that section from newest to the oldest.

See we actually don't bury them to deep.
