Hi all,

My hubby just got this program the other day, and I looked up the website and signed on, as I am the one who loves message boards etc. I wasn't expecting him to want to do this as well, as he normally NEVER goes in chat or messageboards.

I am wondering if it can work for him to have his own username but with the same email address? We only have the one.

Have you checked you ISP? (internet service provider)usually you get more than one account.

It is not possible. I recommend creating a free webmail account at Yahoo! and using that for your own individual ID.

I am having difficulty with trying to get a reply from someone. Hopefully, I can get someone to hear me. Is it possible to get my email change on my account. I am about to be unable to get my messages on the other email, and don't want to lose the information coming to me.

Please help!

hey there annette, keep your own address and user name. have husband create his own. he can use yahoo,hotmail, msn, whatever. good luck ,kp

thank you so much for the comment. what my delima is, is that we are changing email address' and I want to keep getting notified via email. I sent the office a email that I am hoping they will send me something tomorrow.

Follow the link for Community (above) and go to EDIT PROFILE. You can change your email addy there. Then save the changes and exit.

Just wanted to let you all know I think the change of email address has been fixed. I think the office must have changed it.....I am so thankful! Thank you for everyone's help.
