Hi:

I've been having trouble getting into the chat room. I've tried everything on the thread from a previous posting about the same problem. My computer is the Windows XP version and I'm using Windows Internet Explorer 8. I updated Java, Adobe Shockwave, and even tried to get through on Mozilla Firefox.
Someone else had described the same problem in an earlier posting. I also see the little blue man spinning once like it's loading, then the dialogue bubble with the lightbulb shows up in the corner, and that's it.

I forgot to add that I have DSL.
