Guys, there's a book called "The secret". If u can, read it. It talks about the power of the mind and how to vizualize. I'm not saying to put pressure on yourselves and expect to be perfect. It's not possible. But do expect things to get better. Expect the best. If you expect mediocrcy, that's all you will get. Expect great things happening to you. Vizualize yourself without pain, without fear. See yourself free.Always expect the best. You are a child of God, be a person of exellence. Now, I'm not suggesting to expect to be cured overnight and go and drive accross the country by yourself..what this program teaches is true..celebrate the good moments, the smallest success. But DO vizualize. Don't just sit there and make up excuses. Do work towards progress. Do expect more. Lucinda in the video says that life is hard. It isn't. Everybody talks about how hard life is (including myself) but I've found that life is hard just because you put that into your mind. Let's look at life as easy and fun. An adventure. Don't get me wrong, I know how a panic attack feels. And I know pressure. I'm struggling with anxiety on a daily basis, but I am 100% sure that as soon as i stop looking at life as hard I will be fine. Compleetely fine. That doesn't mean I will never again get nervous, it just means I will not care. I will be able to talk myself out of it. i hope you guys will too. there's this one trick that they showed me: every day give thanks to God because he ALREADY cured you. Live as if you were completely fine, and you will be. It's difficult, I know. I'm trying to do it myself. But I;m sure it will work. What do you guys think? which techinque is better?
