I'm pretty new to this. I’ve done the program and feeling much better. Had a dental appointment today (I get pretty nervous going to the dentist) I needed to have a broken tooth fixed. I'm not scared of having procedures, but I’m scared of the way the numbing feels, so I dread the shot. Today however, the doctor gave me the Novocain shot and it did nothing to me, he then gave me another and it still did not work ( I have never experienced this in the past)he said that maybe I was too tense and not allowing the meds to work. Anyone ever experience something like this? I had mayor anxiety while this was happening and still have anxiety now.
