has anyone ever had their gallbladder removed

Hello Helen:
Yes, years ago! I had gallbladder removed before they began doing it the easy way. I forget the year. I think about 1980.
I healed and recovered without incident. It took a few weeks.
I know lots of people who've had their gallbladder out. All recovered okay.
I had a gravel-like substance in the gallbladder which doctor said was dangerous.
So they took it out.
