Hmmm...I haven't purchased the program so I can't say what questions they are specifically and only have the sample program. However, could it be repressed or suppressed guilt? Something that is beneath the surface and restricted while you go about your day?
The pain of discipline is less than the pain of regret.

I have not come to that chapter yet and have thought the same. I am not a very guilty feeling person. BUT, correct me if I am wrong, I think it has been qualified that not every thing will apply to everyone....or we may think it doesn't ...but knowledge is power. If I don't feel guilty, I'm not going to look for it but I am well aware of my human frailities and discover I need this info in the future.
