Hi,
Just started Lesson 9. Since I have already forgiven myself. I have found it to be totally freeing. I said something that I consider at least inconsiderate to a woman I had just met. I really felt guilty about it for at least a couple of months. Then I forgave myself. The situation has just improved dramatically -- where we would barely talk, we now go for coffee everyother Saturday. I have found I totally enjoy her company. I definitely recommend that we all forgive ourselves -- especially for something we said out of "stupidity". Anyone else have the same or similar experience? Georgie |
