Hello panicked. I am delighted to hear you had a great Thanksgiving Weekend and that you traveled so far from home. Good for you. You should be so proud of yourself, so what if you felt a little anxious when you got home. Maybe your were tired after all the fun and excitement of the weekend and the travel time home.

Give yourself a tremendous pat on the back that's the way to enjoy living life and managing your anxiety. Great work. take care and God Bless.

Hello panicked.

Good for you! You should be really proud of yourself. You did great! Whenever that anxiety that's lurking in the background shows itself, you tell it that you're not listening to it anymore. Smiler Smiler
